Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, including wound assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Providing education and training to staff members on wound care best practices and procedures.
