These professionals deliver comprehensive patient care across 52 medical and surgical specialties, while also serving as educators and mentors for medical students, residents, and researchers, thereby upholding a rich tradition of academic and clinical excellence.

This senior-level role is pivotal in conducting high-level analyses and generating reports on the financial operations of the university and the MFA. The position supports financial analysis, trend identification, and forecasting efforts for the enterprise, in addition to strategic financial planning initiatives. Responsibilities include providing operational leadership in reporting, analysis, forecasting, and monitoring of intricate financial data across multiple units.

The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records by overseeing the month-end closing process, preparing journal entries, and assisting with year-end audits by compiling necessary audit support documents. This role also involves performing reconciliations and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial data analysis and reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Oversee month-end closing and year-end audit processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and respond to requests for financial information.

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field along with 5 years of pertinent professional experience, or a Master's degree in a related discipline with 3 years of relevant experience. The degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience within the healthcare sector is advantageous.

Compensation:

The hiring range for this position is $93,000 to $127,910.05.

Work Schedule:
