Key Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
Utilize Xero and QuickBooks Online to manage all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage bookkeeping for nonprofit clients, including tracking donations, grants, and restricted funds, preparing statements of financial position, and ensuring compliance with FASB standards.
Ensure DCAA compliance by maintaining accurate cost accounting standards, preparing indirect rate structures, and supporting audits.

Requirements:

Proficient in Xero and QuickBooks Online, with experience in NonProfit Accounting and Government Contracting Accounting (DCAA).
Strong understanding of financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and clients.
