The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure equipment deliveries, work times, and schedules are coordinated and addressed. Additionally, they will provide support to internal, customer, and subcontractor site-related requests and issues. The Site Lead will be responsible for providing daily reports and regular communications with stakeholders, and will serve as the primary point of contact for site-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing technical teams, preferably in a construction, field service, or installation environment. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work with Government local leadership to effectively manage expectations and concerns with minimal oversight and support. The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
