Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Summit Interconnect. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for preparing and evaluating microsections to ensure the highest quality standards in our printed circuit board manufacturing process.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and evaluate microsections to ensure compliance with IPC and customer requirements.
- Perform thermal stress and solder ability tests on microsection coupons.
- Maintain traceability of cross sections to product lot and panel source.
- Properly setup, use, clean, and shutdown microsection equipment.
- Evaluate cross sections to IPC and customer requirements for in-process and final quality.
- Generate reports of microsection analysis.
- Maintain archived microsection reports and microsections.
- Control lot status, including segregation of passed, failed, and inspected product.
- Maintain and update microsection log.
- Communicate with personnel for product disposition.
- Perform failure analysis of product as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years minimum PWB experience.
- Experience with chemical analysis for PWB manufacturing.
- Ability to remain focused with minor interruptions.
