Job Description

AdvancedPCB is seeking a skilled PCB Inspector to ensure the quality of finished products meets customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform final inspection on finished products to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
  • Read and interpret customer drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct measurements using precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and pin gages.
  • Perform rework as necessary, including touch-up, material removal, and final finish plating.
  • Verify acceptability of rework and identify non-conforming products.
  • Prepare and submit standard and AS9102 First Article Reports as required.
  • Verify certifications and reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Complete deliverables for customers and ensure they are accurate and complete.
  • Maintain department logs and record yield data as required.
  • Perform preventative maintenance as defined by department schedule.
  • Support other work areas or departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in quality control or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • One year of PCB manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge of IPC-6012, IPC-6013, and IPC-600.
