Manufacturing Process Specialist

Summit Interconnect, Inc. - Anaheim seeks a skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to assist in the implementation of process changes and new work instructions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical or metallurgical lab operations and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in rework and remake documentation
- Implement process changes and new work instructions
- Assist in independent technical investigations involving new process techniques and equipment
- Help consolidate results of major process evaluation/modification projects
- Respond to non-routine or critical conditions and situations
- Provide technical guidance and/or training to lower-level staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemical or industrial engineering preferred
- Two years of related experience in a manufacturing environment and/or two years printed circuit board manufacturing experience
- Well-rounded lab and statistical process control knowledge
- Good communication skills
