Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Merchant Onboarding Coordinator to facilitate the onboarding process and support the growth of regional grocery partners. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth transition for merchants into our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the onboarding process for grocery merchants, providing personalized support and addressing inquiries throughout.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for merchants, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable with the onboarding steps.
  • Oversee the execution of over 100 launch tasks as outlined in our tracking system, while also enabling additional functionalities for merchants, including store expansions and promotional activities.
  • Create and distribute valuable resources aimed at enhancing merchant performance, including optimization strategies and best practice guides.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, managing multiple projects effectively in a dynamic environment, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools, along with Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite is required.
  • This is a part-time position, requiring 20 hours per week, with a schedule from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST.
