ROLE OVERVIEW:

As an Assistant Manager at Top Stop Convenience Stores, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our retail environment. We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is committed to delivering outstanding service to our patrons. Your responsibilities will encompass supervising daily store functions, including staff management, inventory oversight, and fostering customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the efficient operation of all store activities
• Supervise and coordinate employee tasks
• Address customer service inquiries and resolve issues
• Uphold safety and security protocols
• Manage inventory levels and place orders as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions
• Cultivate relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Enforce store policies and procedures
• Train and mentor store staff
• Assist the Store Manager with scheduling and staffing needs.

This position offers a commission structure based on sales performance and store productivity, providing an opportunity for professional advancement within the company.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:


• Prior experience in a retail or convenience store setting

• Familiarity with retail operations and customer service principles

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Capability to manage staff and delegate responsibilities

• Excellent interpersonal skills for customer and staff interactions

• Proficiency in handling cash and electronic payments

• Ability to maintain a clean and orderly store environment

• Experience operating cash registers and point-of-sale systems

• Competence in resolving customer and employee concerns

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Willingness to stand for extended periods

FULL TIME / PART TIME: Full-Time

STARTING WAGE: $14.00
