ROLE OVERVIEW:

As an Assistant Manager at Top Stop Convenience Stores, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail environment. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding service to our clientele. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing daily store functions, managing staff, handling inventory, and fostering positive customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure efficient daily operations of the store
• Supervise and coordinate employee activities
• Address customer service issues and resolve complaints
• Uphold safety and security protocols
• Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering processes
• Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions
• Cultivate relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Enforce store policies and procedures
• Train and mentor store personnel
• Assist the Store Manager with staffing and scheduling.

This position offers a commission structure based on sales performance and productivity metrics.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:


• Prior experience in a retail or convenience store setting

• Familiarity with store operations and customer service best practices

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Capability to manage staff and delegate responsibilities

• Excellent interpersonal skills for customer and team interactions

• Proficiency in handling various payment methods

• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment

• Ability to operate cash registers and point-of-sale systems

• Competence in resolving customer and employee concerns

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Willingness to stand for extended periods

FULL TIME / PART TIME: Full-Time

STARTING WAGE: $14.00
