Job Description

As a Sr Marketing Specialist at DHD Consulting, you will play a key role in managing our marketing efforts and ensuring consistency across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage print vendors to obtain quotes, review proofs, and conduct press checks.
  • Collaborate with website vendors to obtain quotes and work on new website development.
  • Update the new website as needed, including new product launches, catalogs, brochures, care and maintenance, general edits, and updates.
  • Assist with new development color targets, sample requests, and presentations.
  • Create and maintain brand standards, working closely with HQ Korea for approval.
  • Develop and update marketing collateral, including brand catalogs, brochures, d-set inserts, promotional items, and more.
  • Support the sales team and distributors by creating promotional flyers that reflect brand standards.
  • Manage all digital files and fulfill requests from the sales team and distributors for product images.
  • Create templates for social media platforms and design trade show graphics.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Presentation development skills.
  • Ability to excel in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with sample and dealer display programs.
  • Experience in the surfacing industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications or a related field.
  • Three to five years of relevant experience.
  • Other relevant experience will be considered.

Travel and Work Requirements:

Periodic travel for trade shows and customer events, approximately 10-15%.
