Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Agent to join our team at Bridge Investment Group Holdings LLC. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for effectively leasing apartments in our multifamily unit community.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and present features and amenities to prospective residents
• Lease apartments, including securing lease agreements and processing applications for approval
• Follow up with prospects regarding status and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Input information into computer systems accurately and efficiently
• Assist in planning resident functions and gather information about market competition
• Comply with Fair Housing, state and federal laws, and follow all safety procedures

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Leasing, sales, and closing skills, with competence in the use of standard office equipment
• Basic computer and data-entry skills, with strong work ethics and ability to adapt to change
• High school graduate or equivalent, with 6 months service industry experience
