Job Overview

Birddog Talent, LLC is seeking a skilled Hardware Test Associate to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality displays are delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load firmware and test displays in accordance with established testing procedures.
  • Identify and troubleshoot display defects and malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with the assembly and project packaging teams to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Log test results and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the development of monthly quality reports.
Requirements
  • Ability to follow testing protocols and work with technical schematics.
  • Experience in wiring and connecting cables to circuited boards.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Handy and capable of working with power tools.
  • Attentive to detail and quality of workmanship.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and meet specified deadlines.
  • Capable of reading and interpreting production drawings.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with integrated testing procedures.
  • Experience in assembly lines of electric, electronic products.
  • Experience in troubleshooting systems.
