About the Role:
Our thriving dealership is in search of a Certified Recreational Vehicle Specialist to support our expanding full-service RV dealership and repair center. In this position, you will be responsible for diagnosing, inspecting, adjusting, repairing, or overhauling recreational vehicles, including travel trailers. You may focus on maintaining gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, or chassis/towing systems, as well as repairing generators, appliances, and interior components. Our goal is to transform the customer experience regarding RV repairs and maintenance, operating with honesty and integrity.

Compensation:

  • Top performers earn over $100,000 annually.
  • Hourly rates range from $34 to $50, along with extended holiday vacations.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • No rotating Saturdays currently, but this may change in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and assess RV issues.
  • Communicate repair needs and additional service requests with service advisors.
  • Collaborate with the shop foreman to plan work procedures.
  • Track repair time and keep RV service advisors updated.
  • Adhere strictly to dealership policies regarding RV care and operation.
  • Document all repairs and maintain accurate records.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal.
  • Learn through various training methods, including audio, visual, and hands-on experiences.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • RVTI Certification is preferred.
