- Meeting departmental production targets while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Utilizing standard work instructions to support the assembly process.

- Complying with all safety policies and procedures, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience in assembly, manufacturing, construction, or similar fields.
- Mechanical skills, including the ability to read measuring tools.
- Experience with both hand and power tools.
- Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to work with fractions and perform addition/subtraction.
- The capability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
