Position Overview:
A Manufacturing Assembler in the Fiberglass Windows division is essential to our operations. This role involves participating in the assembly of windows throughout various stages of production.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing assigned tasks in the window construction process with precision and efficiency.
  • Meeting departmental production targets while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Utilizing standard work instructions to support the assembly process.
  • Ensuring the quality and timely completion of tasks to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Exemplifying the core values of the organization in all interactions.
  • Complying with all safety policies and procedures, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience in assembly, manufacturing, construction, or similar fields.
  • Mechanical skills, including the ability to read measuring tools.
  • Experience with both hand and power tools.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to work with fractions and perform addition/subtraction.
  • The capability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
