We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Sprinkler Technician to join our team at Evergreen Fire and Security. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, testing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems to ensure the highest level of safety and security for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Install, repair, test, and maintain fire sprinkler systems in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Inspect and test sprinkler systems to ensure they are functioning properly and meet company policy and industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers regarding sprinkler systems, emergency lighting, and fire alarm service calls.
- Review bids for quality control purposes and recommend requirements to management.
- Report deficiencies in a timely and effective manner to prevent additional repairs.
- Schedule appointments and ensure customers' needs are met, and program goals are appropriately satisfied.
- Provide customer training as required.
- Perform on-call duties as outlined and as required by contract obligations and management.
- Ensure accuracy with all service, testing, inspection correspondence, work orders, and other associated paperwork.
- Carry out administrative duties as needed to perform projects to completion.
- Provide customer service and represent Evergreen Fire and Security in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations as applicable to service, installation, and maintenance of all systems, including OSHA safety standards.
- Maintain vehicle, uniform, and tools per policy.
- Accurately complete all paperwork directly related to service orders and projects.
- Install conduit as necessary.
- Train customers on the usage of all applicable products for installation and/or upgrades.
- Travel as necessary.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Perform all other duties as assigned within qualifications.
- NICET II - Fire Alarms or higher certification
- NICET II - Inspection and Testing of Water-Based Systems
- Valid state driver's license
- On-call roster rotation mandatory for after-hour service calls, on-call pay provided
- US government Clearance may be required
- Seattle FA-01 Card is preferred
- Manufacturer Certifications for fire alarm systems
- Backflow Assembly Tester Certification

Pay range is $35 - $60 per hour for well-qualified candidates.
