Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and Benco teammates
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on dental industry trends, market dynamics, and product offerings to provide accurate and detailed information to customers
  • Collaborate with regional teammates to achieve customer goals and solve customer or internal issues
  • Utilize technology and data tools to optimize sales calls, opportunities, and activity
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience
  • Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to travel in assigned territory daily, as required for customers, vendors, and Benco teammates, business and group meetings, and Customer Experience Trips

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a minimum annualized compensation plan of $50k/year + monthly allowance, as well as opportunities for growth and development. Our commission structure is unlimited, and the more you sell, the more you make (less your draw).
