Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team at CANarchy Craft Brewery Collective. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and executing marketing initiatives to increase brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize distribution and shelf space for our products in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders to drive sales growth and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives, including promotional programs, events, and trade shows.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity, including sales calls, meetings, and follow-up actions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, and provide regular updates to management on sales performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, distribution, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the beverage alcohol industry, preferably in sales or distribution.
  • Knowledge of trade math and data analysis.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, and to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent travel.
