The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service.
  • Engaging with customers both in-person and via phone to identify needs and recommend relevant products and services.
  • Establishing and nurturing productive trust relationships with wholesale clients.
  • Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Maintaining accurate work order files and formulas.
  • Retrieving appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
  • Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications as required.
  • Restocking shelves and arranging displays.
  • Cleaning store equipment.
  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  • Assisting with deliveries as necessary.
  • Keeping assigned areas in-stock and visually appealing.
  • Staying informed about products available and discussing options with customers.
  • Adhering to inventory control protocols.
  • Proposing strategies to enhance sales.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
  • Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
  • Must be capable, with or without reasonable accommodation, of retrieving materials from shelves and floor stacks and lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
  • Must have prior experience selling paint and related products.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • At least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
