Solar Branch Manager Job Description

SunVena Solar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our solar installation branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of our residential and commercial solar installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety and Quality: Maintain SunVena standards of safety and quality on job sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and industry standards.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily and weekly meetings for departmental and interdepartmental coordination, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the branch operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with the Safety and Fleet Manager to ensure Field Supervisors are properly trained and complying with safety laws, monitor labor costs to ensure consistency with SunVena targets, and identify means to reduce costs, minimize risks, or increase efficiency of projects.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure proper planning and coordination of all solar operations to ensure conformity to codes, plans, solar industry standards, manufacturer's instructions, and SunVena Power guidelines, and document customer interactions and maintain records of all calls, e-mails, conversations, and other forms of communication relating to projects.
