Aruze Gaming Global, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management and external stakeholders, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Supervise and lead the accounting team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting deadlines.
  • Coordinate and manage external audits, working closely with auditors to provide necessary documentation and ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Manage cash flow, monitor banking activities, and oversee cash disbursements and receipts.
  • Optimize cash management strategies to ensure the organization's liquidity needs are met.
  • Review timecards or timesheets submitted by approving manager to ensure accurate recording of hours worked.
  • Communicate any discrepancies, pending time off requests, etc. to the employee's manager in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding their pay, deductions, and tax-related matters.
  • Remit accurate payroll in a timely manner.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred/required. Finance, or a related business field will be considered, along with relevant work experience in Accounting.
  • 4 to 6 years of hands-on Accounting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus, especially in a gaming or technology-related industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of financial principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
