Role Responsibilities:

As a Risk Management Consultant within our Business Insurance Sales division, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Transforming leads into qualified business opportunities.
  • Proposing tailored solutions that align with client expectations.
  • Maintaining executive-level client relationships while effectively delegating tasks to team members.
  • Utilizing the MMA sales model and value-added resources to enhance client interactions.
  • Engaging in cross-selling initiatives across various business lines.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in business-to-business sales with a track record of success.
  • A strong passion for sales, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent networking skills and a knack for building community connections.
  • Exceptional phone sales and outside prospecting abilities.
  • Driven, disciplined, and focused on achieving results while being open to coaching.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine enjoyment of working with others.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with the capacity to adapt and think strategically.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are advantageous:
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
