Your Role.

As a Risk Management Consultant within the Business Insurance Sales division, your responsibilities will include transforming leads into qualified opportunities, proposing tailored solutions to meet client needs, and nurturing executive-level client relationships. You will also delegate daily tasks to team members as necessary. Success in this role hinges on your ability to cultivate client relationships and leverage consultative sales techniques while utilizing the MMA sales framework and value-added resources. This position also involves cross-selling to various business lines.

  • Motivated, disciplined, results-driven, and open to coaching
  • Positive demeanor and a genuine enjoyment of working with others
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with adaptability and foresight
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are advantageous:
  • A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
