About the Job
The Customer Service/Online Support Representative role at Workoo Technologies offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our clients through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from customers regarding their queries and concerns.
- Resource and educate agents on their prescribed benefits, use of strategy, formulary, premiums, and condition of purchases and claims or inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with customers, pharmacies, and medical professionals to resolve issues related to prescription purchases and reorders.
- Create outgoing calls to customers regarding prescription purchases and payment concerns.
Requirements
- A secondary school degree or GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of customer service experience, including phone-based customer support.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Windows applications, and the ability to browse and learn new complex computer unit applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Contact center experience.
- Customer service knowledge.
- Experience working in a digital environment.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is approximately $45,000 per year, based on national averages for similar roles in the United States.
