Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist

We are a family-owned third-generation dealership growing rapidly and looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our goals by providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Job ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time position that requires a motivated individual with a minimum of one year of experience in customer service and/or sales. You will be responsible for:
- Setting sales appointments and managing internet sales leads through phone, email, and text
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and providing accurate information to support their needs
- Working collaboratively with our sales team and management to achieve sales targets
- Maintaining a high level of punctuality and productivity in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, plus commission, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, employee discount, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, and vision insurance.
