- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of residents' care, including medical records, progress notes, and care plans.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members. Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
- Compliance: Adhere to all nursing home policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including infection control protocols.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Licensure: Current and valid LPN license in the state of Washington.
- Experience: Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred.
- Certifications: BLS/CPR certification required.
The role requires working in a nursing home environment with exposure to various medical conditions. Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
