Salary

The hourly pay range for this position is estimated to be between $21.50 - $28.75 per hour, depending on location, with opportunities for variable annual bonuses based on performance. Job Description

This IT co-op program offers an unparalleled opportunity to work collaboratively across the IT function, achieving business objectives related to Global Information Security, Digital Technology & Delivery, Enterprise Application Systems, and more. As a co-op participant, you will have the chance to partner with leadership, identify areas for improvement, and develop tools and models to drive efficiency.

 

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to identify and address areas for improvement
  • Become a process owner, critically reviewing processes and recommending opportunities for improvement
  • Develop tools and models to improve tracking and efficiency
  • Learn continuous improvement methodologies and promote improvement initiatives
  • Work collaboratively across the IT function to achieve business objectives

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Undergraduate student completing an Information Technology-related degree between December 2025 and June 2026
  • 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred
  • Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity
  • Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
