Military Stationing Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary project leader for the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), focusing on specialized engineering and strategic planning for military unit stationing initiatives. Prepare and deliver presentations to senior INSCOM officials and major overseas commanders as necessary. Collaborate with the INSCOM G4 engineering team to coordinate stationing action tasks related to the training, organization, and sustainment of US Army Military Intelligence operations.
- Utilize technical and military expertise, alongside unique military engineering and intelligence knowledge gained through service, to create comprehensive stationing program management plans using project management software.
- Engage with military command planning teams in the field to formulate detailed plans that acknowledge and incorporate the diverse interests and responsibilities of both supported and supporting entities into master plans for relocation and realignment efforts. Conduct critical engineering assessments of Military Construction (MILCON) Project Data submissions, security requirements, and long-term facility management strategies.
- Participate in high-level technical planning discussions between HQ INSCOM G4 and various US Army Major Command Program Management offices, NATO, and allied military forces.
- Prepare, review, and present essential documentation for unit stationing actions mandated by the Department of Defense, Army, and Environmental Protection Agency, including military construction and facility renovation projects, socioeconomic studies, environmental assessments, and cost estimations.
- Stay informed about the latest HQDA engineering and force structure management policies to provide informed operational and technical recommendations as needed.
- Be ready for immediate deployment to various global locations, potentially in challenging work environments, to provide technical support to US forces.
- Ensure timely, professional, and high-quality support to INSCOM and other affiliated entities.
- A Bachelor's degree in project management or a related discipline from an accredited institution, along with 10 years of military or civilian experience in a managerial role focused on military planning, stationing projects, and operational development.
- Ability to navigate confined spaces and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Proven capability to apply historical military knowledge and expertise to ensure that military plans for INSCOM unit and base realignments effectively support the deployment and integration of the command's intelligence and security systems.
- Experience managing an operational military unit or its civilian equivalent is essential. Familiarity with Army intelligence protocols and experience in joint operations across various military branches is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including a solid understanding of technical military writing standards.
- Must be a US Citizen with a Final Top-Secret Clearance based on a TIER 5 Background Investigation, and a favorable eligibility determination for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) in accordance with ICD 704.
