Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years' experience delivering operational or technical capabilities as a service to an organization, working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • 8-10 years leading people and developing expertise to manage a scaling environment, working to develop opportunities for people from within the organization and growing a team to be a leading contributor to our future success.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills, as well as communication and collaboration skills.
  • Prior track record in building software development teams.
  • Ability to innovate, think creatively, and explore new ideas and approaches.
  • Demonstrated history of managing software development teams delivering digital banking solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS and COTS application implementation and integration.
  • Fundamental knowledge of technical architecture to deliver a resilient processing environment.
