Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Program Monitor to join our team at Tyonek Native Corporation. As a Quality Assurance Program Monitor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our services and products, and for developing and implementing quality control programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality control, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Working Conditions
  • Work in an inside/outside environment to include working around machinery, objects, vehicles, ladders, and scaffolds.
  • Excessive noise and vibration that can be intermittent or constant.
  • Environmental conditions can include but are not limited to dust, silica, asbestos, fumes, smoke, gas, solvents such as degreasing agents, grease, oils, and electrical energy.
  • Working on slippery or uneven surfaces.
  • Working closely with others or working alone.
  • Possible protracted or irregular hours of work as needed or required.
