Job Title: Information Assurance Technician I

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Information Assurance Technician I to join our team at Milsup LLC. As an Information Assurance Technician I, you will play a critical role in supporting Learning Resource Center (LRC) Operations and providing Administrative Support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage student accounts and documents
  • Produce and distribute student and instructor materials
  • Upload and manage lesson updates across three platforms
  • Collect and report quality assurance data
  • Provide assistance in the use of LRC equipment
  • Assist in use of and accessing the LMS (if used)
  • Daily checks and general cleaning of LRC equipment and reporting status of LRC equipment (this includes classroom equipment)
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Degree required
  • Training and Experience: Experience working with computers and interacting with customers in team-oriented environment
  • Minimum Certification Requirement: Shall be certified as an Information Assurance Technician I with A+, Network+ or Security+ certification in accordance with DOD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program, and DOD Directive 8570.01 Information Assurance Training, Certification and Workforce Management within six months of hire
  • General Skills: Must be able to handle multiple tasks, a self-starter, flexible in work assignments, detail oriented, highly organized, possess good interpersonal and written communication skills, and work under limited supervision
  • Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Security Clearance: Secret Clearance required. Ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret/SCI with access to Special Access Programs (SAP)

Working Conditions:

The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented approach. The ability to work under limited supervision and handle multiple tasks is essential.

Hourly Rate: $33.10
