Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Program Monitor to join our team at Tyonek Native Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our services and products, and will work closely with our team to develop and implement quality plans and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality plans and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality-related processes and procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality-related topics and procedures
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or related role
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing quality plans and programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
