Job Overview: As a Therapeutic Area Head - Clinical Supply Chain, you will play a key role in leading our clinical supply chain operations for multiple therapeutic areas. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee end-to-end clinical planning, manufacturing, and global distribution of investigational products, ensuring compliance with GXP and regulatory standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply plans, minimizing excess and obsolescence, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate a team of supply chain professionals to achieve excellence and performance.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead end-to-end clinical supply chain management for up to 10 assets within a therapeutic area.
  2. Develop and manage supply plans, including short-term and long-term strategies.
  3. Oversee label development, clinical pharmacy services, and clinical site services.
  4. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to a team of supply chain professionals.
  5. Manage the annual budget and resource allocation for the therapeutic area.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field with a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated people management and cross-functional project management experience.
  • Experience in a global and regulated environment.
  • Expertise in financial planning and budget management.
  • Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement projects.
Prior Experience:
  • MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
  • Experience in pharma/biotechnology.
  • APICS certification or Lean Six Sigma/Green Belt is an asset.
Salary: $145,000 - $185,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
