Job Title: Well-Being Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Well-Being Coach to join our team at Meta. As a Well-Being Coach, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day resilience and well-being of our teams that may be exposed to graphic content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day well-being and resilience support to teams, including psychoeducation and coaching sessions.
  • Be well-versed on and function as a point of contact for all well-being and mental health resources and programs within the company.
  • Deliver well-being onboarding and group psychoeducation sessions on pre-set topics and tailored sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and organize non-clinical sessions that are relevant, engaging, and within the coaching model.
  • Escalate cases that require clinical services, ensuring employees feel safe and comfortable moving from a coaching setting to a counseling space.
  • Identify trends from sessions and advise management on strategies to manage and enhance employee well-being.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in counseling, therapy, social work, or a similar field.
  • Masters-level degree in behavioral health, mental health, or an equivalent.
  • Accreditation/registration/practitioner status with a governmental agency and/or state with responsibility for regulating the practice in their field.
  • Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or equivalent (hold an active license in the region).
  • Experience facilitating psychoeducational groups and/or teaching.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience working with similar demographics (EAP, experience in tech or highly functioning, high-achieving teams/individuals).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience navigating a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and an impact-driven culture.
  • Experience communicating effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Second language.
  • Solution-focused.
  • Comfortable working autonomously.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, with experience maintaining neutrality, impartiality, and confidentiality in all aspects of work undertaken.
  • Coaching Certification (ICF).
Compensation:

$111,000/year to $162,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
