This position is essential for overseeing tracking mechanisms, engaging with stakeholders, nurturing partnerships, and supporting team members with various responsibilities associated with the EV Charging initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee tracking mechanisms for the EV Charging initiative
- Conduct preliminary assessment discussions with stakeholders
- Foster and sustain partnerships with external entities
- Prepare presentations and documentation for team members
- Assist with follow-ups for management and board members
- Collaborate with the finance team on project invoicing
- Participate in board meetings as required
- Generate monthly sales reports
- Act as a liaison between clients and properties
- Research and update teams on incentive opportunities
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage priorities and adhere to deadlines
- Experience in documenting project requirements
