Job Opportunity at The Mansions at Sandy Springs

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at The Mansions at Sandy Springs. As a Wellness Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, hygiene, and mobility.
  • Maintain awareness of each resident's physical and mental health and report any changes to the Wellness Director.
  • Keep an inventory of medical supplies and assist with ordering when necessary.
  • Assist with finding shift coverage and develop assignments for the Wellness Director.
  • Respond to resident emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
Requirements:
  • Current State Nurse's Aide registration.
  • Experience working with seniors and passion for providing exceptional care.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including pushing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
