Job Title: Integration Manager

We are seeking an experienced Integration Manager to lead our team in planning and scheduling efforts for integrating systems and technologies aboard unmanned naval vessels and preparing for demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all planning and scheduling efforts for integrating systems and technologies aboard unmanned naval vessels and preparing for demonstrations.
  • Responsible for the integration of all combat systems and C4I systems aboard the vessel and preparations for demonstrations.
  • Care, operation, and maintenance of all combat systems and C4I equipment permanently or temporarily installed in the vessel.
  • Work with other vessel coordinators to schedule installation and demonstrations with vendors.
  • Coordinate vessel requirements limitations into the demonstration plan.
  • Develop Integration Plans for each technology operated on unmanned system.
  • Oversee data collection efforts during event execution.
  • Ensure adequate security for vessel IT systems.
  • Maintain system IA plan and maintain system ATO IAW CCD.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in Navy maritime research and development programs.
  • Secret security clearance.
  • Recent experience and knowledge of newer maritime technologies that may have applications to military missions.
  • Recent experience in advanced military command and control systems to include networking and incorporation of satellite systems.
  • Knowledge of US Navy Authority to Operate (ATO) procedures for Information Assurance purposes.
  • Experience must include installation and integration of systems on a military platform.
  • Navy electronics background required.
  • Recent experience in coordinating operations unmanned systems and their operations in the maritime environment is also required.
