Amentum is seeking a highly skilled Test Engineer III to support a Navy customer in the development and implementation of complex systems and subsystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing comprehensive testing of complex systems and subsystems to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Developing and executing testing plans for complex operational and engineering interoperability tests composed of components from Navy, Joint, and Coalition systems.
  • Providing technical expertise in system engineering, verification, and validation test development, integration, and interoperability assessment and certification testing.

Requirements:

  • High School or GED Diploma.
  • At least five (5) years of full-time professional experience, two years of which must have been in support of a major shipboard combat and/or training system providing quality independent verification and validation (IV&V) expertise in the task areas specified in the SOW.
  • Cyber-Information Technology (IT)/Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) Intermediate Level knowledge and skills, at a minimum, with a certification in IA standards and policies.
  • Must have an Active SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance.
