We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at St. Cloud Hospital. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to patients with mental health conditions
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
  • Help patients develop coping skills and strategies for managing their mental health
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of college with courses in psychology, sociology, and/or social work preferred
  • 6 months experience in nursing assistant or similar role preferred
  • Ability to effectively handle escalating behavior and utilize physical safety holds with aggressive patients

  • $17.84 or more per hour, pay determined by experience
