Executive Sous Chef Opportunity

Olives and Peppers, a locally owned and innovative Italian restaurant group, is seeking a qualified Executive Sous Chef to join our team. With locations in Trafford and Greensburg, we offer a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can grow and develop your culinary skills.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sous Chef who can lead our kitchen team with passion and dedication. As an Executive Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food products, and providing outstanding hospitality to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement menu ideas and recipes to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Collaborate with the head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

Requirements
