Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Strategy and Development: Develop and implement culinary strategies that align with our company's mission and values.
  • Culinary Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of our culinary team, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Menu Development and Implementation: Develop and implement new menu concepts that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our patients and residents.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage the procurement of food and supplies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for our culinary team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in culinary leadership roles, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $105,000.00-$110,000.00/year
