Key Responsibilities- Conduct tests on construction materials using a nuclear gauge
- Collect concrete samples from delivery vehicles
- Prepare concrete test cylinders for analysis
- Perform tests on concrete samples and coordinate their delivery to the laboratory
- Monitor and document the performance of construction crews
- Carry out visual inspections of rebar installations
- Gather and transport soil samples from construction sites to the laboratory
- Engage with clients and contractors professionally and ethically
- Maintain company equipment in optimal condition for project use
- Implement quality standards across all work assignments
- Keep a detailed daily log of field activities for each project
- Submit daily reports and documentation as required
- Execute all tasks in accordance with company policies and ethical standards
- Report necessary corrective actions to maintain quality standards
- Review project documents and testing procedures to ensure compliance

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in a CMT Level II Technician role
- Level III Certifications relevant to the position
- Valid driver's license
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- Ability to stoop and bend for equipment maintenance
- Willingness to wear appropriate personal protective equipment
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
