- Provide technical support to the Superintendent of Public Works and the Standing Building Committee to identify construction and maintenance needs.
- Assist in emergency response activities, such as snow removal and other critical situations.
- Coordinate public building projects and ensure efficient expenditure of town funds.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Facilities Management, or Business Administration, and 5-7 years of experience in facilities management or building construction work. A construction supervisory role or building maintenance experience is preferred. Applicable building trades licenses in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical are desirable.
