Position Overview:
The UCC Voice Engineer at Cynet Systems Inc. is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of voice communication systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to meet customer needs effectively.
Key Competencies:
- Proficient in education, training, skills, and experience relevant to voice engineering.
- Hands-on experience with various platforms, including Zoom Phone and NICE CxOne contact center.
- Expertise in NICE ICM Enterprise development, encompassing scripting, configuration, and call routing.
- Design and deployment experience with IP-IVR and CVP integration.
- Familiarity with video conferencing solutions, including Zoom, Poly, and Neat Room.
- Extensive experience with Cisco Cube, Voice Gateways, and Zoom Phone.
- A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Cisco and Zoom voice systems, along with basic network engineering.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and document customer requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a self-motivated and collaborative approach.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Voice and Collaboration engineering.
- Proficiency in Zoom Phone, Cisco Voice, and NICE systems (ICM, CVP, IP-IVR).
- Experience with multi-vendor video conferencing platforms.
- Collaboration experience with Zoom Meeting and Phone.
- Strong communication and documentation capabilities.
