Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team in the Denver metro area. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth patient experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities
  • Perform opening and closing clinic duties, including preparing for next day appointments
  • Greets patients, checks them in for appointments, and verifies insurance
  • Scans documents into electronic health records and maintains tidiness of waiting areas and reception counters
  • Checks schedules for added, canceled, and no-show appointments and schedules follow-up appointments as needed
  • Responds to designated tasks in electronic health records, orders clinic office supplies, and sells and tracks cosmetic products
  • Distributes mail and prepares for next day scheduled appointments
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of recent medical office experience or in a similar capacity preferred
  • Proficient in basic computer functions and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and type a minimum of 40 wpm
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team
