Advanced Practice Provider in Fort Worth (North Clinic)


Nova Medical Centers has a rich history, having started as a single facility 28 years ago in Texas, dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare to patients with musculoskeletal injuries.

Currently, Nova serves over 40,000 injuries and handles more than a million patient visits annually across 63 occupational medicine facilities in multiple states including Georgia, Indiana, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin. Nova Medical Centers excels in providing outpatient acute injury care within an Occupational Medicine framework.

Our services encompass minor work injury treatment, with no chronic pain management involved. We utilize a fully integrated EMR system that streamlines operations, allowing the Medical Director to prioritize high-quality patient care while minimizing administrative responsibilities for providers.

Ideal candidates come from diverse medical backgrounds such as Urgent Care, Emergency Department, Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Orthopedics.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct medical evaluations of Center patients.

Establish and oversee a medically appropriate level of care for patients.

Maintain clinical core competencies.

Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and Regional Medical Directors to ensure operations align with medical policies and professional standards of Nova Medical Centers.

Work alongside the center leadership team to enhance quality of care, client and patient satisfaction, and overall center performance.

Qualifications:
Current State Licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.

Desire and capability to become a Practice Builder.

Current DEA Licensure.

State Controlled Substance Licensure, if mandated by State Law.

Experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine; Orthopedic experience preferred.

Proficient in suturing.

Ability to interpret x-rays and diagnose orthopedic injuries.

Authorized to work in the USA.

Ability to thrive in a cooperative, multidisciplinary environment.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Demonstrated good judgment, reliability, and integrity.
