Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician's Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team at LanceSoft. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hold a valid license in the State of Texas and possess a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, preferably in family medicine or infectious disease.
  • Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of medical concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Deliver high-level clinical services within a specialized medical setting, including comprehensive medical assessments and treatments.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and interpret patient conditions through physical examinations and laboratory tests, adhering to established protocols; diagnose and provide appropriate treatment.
  • Execute both routine and complex medical procedures in accordance with approved guidelines.
  • Educate, instruct, and counsel patients on health-related matters.
  • Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Required Skills:
  • Uphold the confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Adhere to all OSHA safety standards, including the proper disposal of biohazardous waste.
