Position Summary
The Advanced Practice Provider at Aspire Allergy & Sinus plays a crucial role in our clinical team, dedicated to alleviating the suffering of patients with allergy and sinus conditions. This position focuses on creating a positive experience for patients, prioritizing their comfort and satisfaction during every interaction. The provider will conduct precise allergy testing and treatment for patients of all ages, while collaborating with fellow team members to ensure efficient clinic operations. Upholding integrity and prioritizing the best interests of both the team and patients is essential. The Advanced Practice Provider will also serve as a mentor to clinical staff, demonstrating exceptional leadership and setting a standard for excellence.


Clinic Schedule:
Monday - Fort Worth 8 AM - 5 PM
Tuesday - Arlington 8 AM - 5 PM
Wednesday - Fort Worth 8 AM - 5 PM
Thursday - Arlington 8 AM - 5 PM
Friday - Keller 8 AM - 12 PM


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee percutaneous food testing, as well as both Percutaneous and Intracutaneous Environmental Allergy Testing.
  • Diagnose, manage, and treat asthma within the scope of practice.
  • Identify and treat allergic disorders such as hives and eczema.
  • Educate patients about Aspire Allergy & Sinus Center's services and treatment options.
  • Examine patients' sinuses for structural abnormalities using a Nasal Endoscope.
  • Recommend further allergy and sinus treatments as necessary.
  • Conduct pre-operative and post-operative evaluations and treatments following various sinus procedures performed by surgeons.
  • Ensure timely completion of patient charting within 24 hours of visits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with patients to support long-term treatment plans for allergy and sinus relief.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to clinical staff.
  • Establish connections with referring medical providers and the broader medical community.
  • Participate in networking events and lunches to enhance Aspire's credibility and market presence.
  • Adhere to established performance metrics.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
  • Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills with patients and clinical staff.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in challenging or emergency situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in taking patient vitals manually.
  • Capability to foster positive working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public.
