About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Operations Coordinator to join our team at Ohm Systems, Inc.

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for managing monthly billings, tracking purchases, and assisting with large equipment procurement. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process monthly interunit billings for the Environmental department with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Review and track reimbursable purchases, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain spreadsheets for internal and external tracking, providing real-time updates as needed.
  • Prepare and send expenditure documents to external partners and the downtown office, meeting deadlines and requirements.
  • Enter orders and invoices into tracking systems such as Edison and Caspio, ensuring seamless data management.
  • Assist with large equipment purchases and related documentation, providing expert support throughout the process.
Requirements
  • Experience in procurement or related administrative roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency with data entry and management systems, including Edison and Caspio.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with internal and external partners.
  • Research skills for sourcing and purchasing items, staying up-to-date on market trends and best practices.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
