Job Title: Procurement Assistant

Job Summary:
This position provides oversight of multiple projects in an expanding, fast-paced working environment. The Procurement Assistant is responsible for expediting purchase orders and coordinating delivery of product, overseeing finish, textile, and shop drawing approvals with design staff, liaising with 3rd Party receiving partners to manage incoming product, confirming no damaged items were received, managing the scheduling of site measurements, communicating with designers and clients regarding project status/site readiness, managing incoming product and schedule installations with receiving warehouses, collaborating with site supervisors, installers, warehouse personnel, installation manager, and project managers to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction during and after installation, and performing general clerical duties as needed, including filing and data entry.

Responsibilities:
  • Expedites purchase orders and coordinates delivery of product.
  • Oversees finish, textile, and shop drawing approvals with design staff.
